How to be strong when you face problems?

Have you asked yourself this question?
Most of us, if not all, find it so challenging whenever we do confront any obstacles.
We cannot even foresee about what will happen to us, whether we will be killed or not isn't known yet, but that's the reason why we people have to prepare well, so we will be strong enough to tackle those snags whenever we run into them.




















1. Start imagining of them

Have you ever thought of death? Your death?
Well, I might say not everyone. It sounds stupid, or we can say it may bring bad luck to some cultures to even think about this, but it is more significant than what you have thought of it. When we think about it, then we might know something about it, for instance, you feel about yourself dying by a traffic accident, then you might be well-prepared for it like be more cautious while you are traveling to anywhere, so this tip helps a lot. 

2. Remind yourself that you are STRONG

What is it like to be strong?
Won't you die? Won't you get hurt?
Of course, no. Being powerful makes you strong, and when you are strong, you can escape from problems as well. Like telling yourself you are strong, brave or motivate yourself, then when you face any handicaps, you won't be a coward or a weak person. For example, you fall from your motor while you are on the road, if you are uncertain, or not well-prepared then you may feel hurt, or you might even cry there, but if you train yourself thoroughly, then you are already active in your mind. So you can get up quickly even though you are severely injured. As you know, on the road, if you are falling, there might be many cars coming behind you, so what if they might kill you accidentally? So remind yourself to be a stronger one

3. Think of solutions

Be well-prepared, you don't know what will happen, so why not just think of what will happen and find the answers to solve those?
Start thinking of what you can do to address problems that usually occur, like a blaze.
Imagine if your house is on fire, what will you do?
Ask yourself, and then you might come up with any ideas to work it out when it takes place suddenly.
If you are not well-prepared, you might be crying in your room, not knowing what to do.
Be brave and strong!

How to cut down stress ?

Stress makes us sad. Stress can lead to depression because the word DEPRESSION comes from the word depressed, which means sad, and sadness can cause many deteriorate consequences. Everyone experiences it almost everyday, and  sometimes,  we people do suffer a lot too. Here are some tips, whether it’s the most effective or not, might help you as well.

1. Exercise
As you know, not only does exercise help you maintain your good conditions, but it also makes you reduce stress. Stress is seen to occur when one is unhappy, hopeless and many other factors like thinking too much or losing something significant in one’s life. So exercise is a good choice. When exercise, people won’t have  much time to think of problems that are happening to them, or about something they did inaccurately, so it is accommodating to do exercise like cycling, running, swimming or even walking.

2. Reading
Book is just a big object, formed by many papers, but book is not as just simple as the word
B-O-O-K, which is easily written. Book contains many theory, perspectives, knowledge, and many keys to understand about almost everything. Reading helps you be your happy you, open your happiness life, and it does make your life better. While you’re reading, you tend to fall into its greatness, not able to feel bored or stressful. Start reading now

3. Doing what you love
Stress can be created by forcing yourself to do what you’re not fond of. So to prevent it, start doing what you are interested in. For example: you love singing, but you’re forced to train martial art, then you have to reconsider about it. If you can’t stand with it, then don’t push yourself to do so.

4. Being with positive people
Friends or colleagues can make your day. If they’re positive, you’re likely to be as buoyant as they are. But if they are people who talk behind others or are pessimistic, then you’re too. Start staying with generous, gregarious, helpful and positive people.



Are you ready to have a greater life ? It’s your life, don’t make it so complicated. Don’t depend on others. Start living your life as awesome as you are.

How to start a good day?

   Morning can be the hardest and the most boring time because we are distracted by our alarms,  if not all, some people haven’t had enough sleep, but are awoken by their parents or their morning classes. Here are some solutions that can help you have a better morning :

1. Firstly, I recommend you to set a beautiful tone or songs as your alarm sound. As you know, there are many sorts of sound, and each makes us feel differently. Some songs or tone make us feel fresh, but some are a bit aggressive, which can make us feel angry or unhappy, so choose your morning alarm wisely before deciding to set.


2. Secondly, I suggest that you set your own plan or goals the night before. As you know, sometimes, we really don’t want to get out of bed since we don’t really know what we have to do, but with the help of plan or goals, we surely can get up quickly because of knowing our duties.
We people tend to be lazy because our laziness allows us to make many excuses, but our plan can be more powerful that can push and motivate us to start our day wisely and energetically.
3. Thirdly, open your eyes as big as you can, and smile.

If you start your day by feeling negative or pessimistic, then the rest of your day is gonna be the same, but with a simple smile and positive mood can make your day greater and better.
